1. Product Information, Returns and Postage

The information, including fitment guides, OEM references and compatibility data, provided by Independent 4x4 Ltd is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that vehicle models, engine types or production years are entirely free of error.

Images are used for illustration purposes only and products may differ from images.

Parts returned that cannot be used for stock will be subject to a 15% return fee.

This is to cover the handling charge applied to us by our supplier.

Genuine Land Rover items are also subject to a 15% return fee.

Buyer must show proof of purchase with the return, i.e. an invoice.

If a warranty claim is being made on a product, we would also require proof of purchase, and we as a company refund the customer once we receive a refund.

2. Buyer Responsibility and Fitment

You are solely responsible for verifying that any part ordered is suitable for your specific vehicle, version and intended use. Modifications, custom builds or variations in vehicle manufacturing can affect compatibility. We highly recommend cross-referencing OEM numbers or contacting our support team with your VIN prior to purchase.

3. Aftermarket & High-Performance Parts

Parts sold by Independent 4x4 Ltd may be aftermarket or intended for off-road/racing use. The buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the installation and use of these products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that installed parts comply with local, state or federal laws and safety regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Independent 4x4 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, vehicle downtime, towing costs or mechanical failure resulting from the installation or misuse of our products.
